Campaign Story

Bosnia Seeds for Sustainability

Thirty years after the Bosnian genocide, families are still rebuilding their lives. Many continue to face poverty, unemployment and the pressure of leaving their homes in search of work. Those who remain need more than short-term aid — they need the means to support themselves and build a sustainable future.

Through Revive’s Sustainable Indoor Farms Project, we’re helping families do exactly that. By providing the resources to grow their own crops, families can feed their households, sell surplus produce and work towards financial independence.

My Fundraising Target: £250 🌱

I’m raising £250 to provide 25 kg of seeds for Revive’s sustainable farming project in Bosnia.

These seeds will help families:

• Grow fresh produce to feed their households
• Generate an income by selling surplus crops
• Support future harvests through sustainable crop rotation
• Build independence rather than relying on short-term food aid

How You Can Help

• £10 — Help plant the first seeds
• £25 — Support the next harvest
• £50 — Help grow a sustainable future
• £100 — Make a major contribution towards our £250 target

• 100% donation policy — every penny goes towards the project

“If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charitable gift (sadaqah) for him.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)
