Appeal Update!

In late 2021 the community came together realising the need for a community space to serve young, old and everyone in between! We were able to secure the Hidayah Hub with donations from the community, Qardh loans and your duas! Alhamdulillah. The Hidayah Hub is now under renovation to serve as a community multi-use space. We need your help in order to make this building fit for the purpose of serving you – the community and to repay our loans.

We now have to pay the next instalment due in January 2023

This will make the building debt-free and suitable for use – Please Support the project!

Ramadan 2023

We are continuing to fulfil all of our obligations to receive planning permission from Leicester City Council. However, there have been various tactics to slow our application including a comment by a local councillor who is sympathetic to our revolutionary community club that the council has deferred the application with no apparent justification.

We are taking all the means necessary to challenge the council of their unfair treatment. Please do feel free to send an email to the head of planning showing our strong condemnation of the council’s apparent lack of concern for this community hub that will benefit this local area.

Alhamdulillah so far £75,000 has been raised towards the next instalment of the Hidayah Hub! We still need to raise £50,000. Thats 200 people donating £250 each, support us now to help us to secure this crucially needed community hub!
